Blue Moment Fine Arts is now conveniently located in the Northwestern Building in the lowertown arts district of downtown St. Paul, Minnesota (right next to the Farmer’s Market). We are still featuring the paintings and illustrations of owner Sheralyn Barnes, as well as custom framing that includes hand finished natural hardwoods milled locally in Spring Valley, Wisconsin.

In addition to art and framing services, we also offer musical services and lessons specializing in guitar and mandolin.
